2. Delivery & Scheduling
Deliveries are scheduled according to your selected date at checkout.
You will receive text or email confirmation on the day of your delivery.
Please ensure your porch or patio area is accessible and free of obstructions.
3. Weather Considerations
We monitor weather conditions to ensure plants are delivered in optimal condition.
In cases of severe weather (frost, extreme heat, storms), deliveries may be rescheduled for a safer day. You will be notified in advance if this occurs.
While our seasonal plants are selected for durability, extreme weather may affect plant health. Perfectly Porch is not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature.

Orders can be canceled up to one week before the scheduled delivery date.
Refunds are not issued for missed deliveries caused by extreme weather or conditions beyond Perfectly Porch’s control.
All Sales Are Final - Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our plants, all purchases—including single planted porch pots and subscription items—are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
