    • Please ensure your porch or patio area is accessible and free of obstructions.

    3. Weather Considerations

    • We monitor weather conditions to ensure plants are delivered in optimal condition.

    • In cases of severe weather (frost, extreme heat, storms), deliveries may be rescheduled for a safer day. You will be notified in advance if this occurs.

    • While our seasonal plants are selected for durability, extreme weather may affect plant health. Perfectly Porch is not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature.

    4. Plant Care

    • Your pot arrives pre-planted and ready to display. Basic watering and light care instructions are included.

    • Outdoor plants require general maintenance to thrive.

    5. Cancellations & Adjustments

    • Orders can be canceled up to one week before the scheduled delivery date.

    • Refunds are not issued for missed deliveries caused by extreme weather or conditions beyond Perfectly Porch’s control.

    • All Sales Are Final - Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our plants, all purchases—including single planted porch pots and subscription items—are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

    6. Photography & Marketing Consent
